There is more than one way to deny support. The Supporting Communities Partnership Initiative has short changed social housing and similar agencies millions of dollars. 11 agencies in London On., as told ot NDP MP Irene Mathyssn, of $376,000 and 21 agencies in Toronto are shorted $5.8 million.
