InSite Fight back

The Portland Hotel Society, responsible for overseeing the InSite safe injection site, said they “Feel morally and legally obligated to attempt to keep it open” in the midst of Conservative plans to shut the site down. Support has come from Alana Klein, Canadian HIV/AIDS Legal Network, and Bull, Houser and Tupper, that they would have a good case made under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
